We’re turning up the heat at for 400 Degrees West… a fire-powered feast in the heart of Adelaide’s west.

This is hands-on dining, where you’ll cook premium South Australian produce on your own 400-degree volcanic stone, guided by Head Chef Ben Blake and our team.

Kick things off with a coastal aperitivo and canapés, then dive into a flavour-packed journey through SA’s regions – with each course paired with standout local beverages (and a few stories along the way).

We’ll finish on a high with dessert and a final pairing to bring it all together.
